Self Tanner: Quick Fix

Self Tanner
101

what to do when it just doesn’t come out the way you imagined

Nothing sucks more than it being 75 degrees+ outside and you just fucked yourself up by applying self tanner to your skin. Don’t get me wrong, my light skinned self loves it because it just makes you look toned and just makes everything look better.
Now I have found some pretty good self tanners in my life and I have tried out others that simply suck. Now when you do get yourself in a predicament in which you look blotchy, stained , spotted, and look like a dirty version of yourself .. this is your emergency remedy.
Please note that some self tanners are extremely hard to get off so be mindful.

the recipe

1 lemon (sliced in half)

1 cup of baking soda

directions:

place the baking soda in a plastic container and the slices of lemon apart.
test this on a spot of your skin and make sure that it does not IRRitate your skin.
if all seems well, undress yourself, get in your shower, and begin by taking a slice of lemon dipped in baking soda , rubbing on the areas in a circular motion. After most of it or all of it is off, rinse with luke warm or cold water. use your body soap after to get rid of any residue and smell. hydrate your skin with a body oil, lotion/moisturizer.
let yourself completly dry off before applying any other self tanner  (not the same kind that got you in this PREDICAMENT in the first place).
