Yogurt Parfait

Ya’ll asked.. Ya’ll shall receive.

Finally.. the recipe to my coveted yet simple breakfast treat.

Ingredients:

  • Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt (your preferred yogurt will do just fine)
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 Sliced Banana
  • Nature Valley granola in “oats & honey”
  • Trader Joe’s Speculoos CRUNCHY cookie butter (this is non negotiable)

The process is simple…

  1. Add a layer of sliced strawberries around the rim of the cup(or bowl)
  2. Pour desired amount of yogurt
  3. Add your fresh fruit
  4. Add desired amount of granola
  5. Top with a tablespoon of cookie butter

Super easy to do & very delicious. Enjoy! xo.
