Finally.. the recipe to my coveted yet simple breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
- Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt (your preferred yogurt will do just fine)
- Fresh Blueberries
- Fresh Strawberries
- 1/2 Sliced Banana
- Nature Valley granola in “oats & honey”
- Trader Joe’s Speculoos CRUNCHY cookie butter (this is non negotiable)
The process is simple…
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries around the rim of the cup(or bowl)
- Pour desired amount of yogurt
- Add your fresh fruit
- Add desired amount of granola
- Top with a tablespoon of cookie butter
