Appointments
Cancelation Policy
- Shit happens. I understand that life is full of the unexpected. Please cancel within 24-48 hours in the event that you cannot make your appointment.
- Non-Refundable Retainers: Please note that upon booking, a non-refundable retainer is needed to secure your date. In the event that the booking is canceled prior to 24 hours, the retainer can be used toward a future booking within 120 days.
Late Policy
- Please try to be on time! I can’t stress this enough because other clients may have their bookings right after yours. I cannot let your tardiness be the reason another clients appointment is affected. — Again, Things happen! Please communicate with me as soon as possible to let me know your status. I can accomadate no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment- after that, your booking is forfeited along with your non-refundable retainer.
Sick Policy
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or if becoming ill. It’s a bummer, but it’s better to keep everyone safe than risk others health 🙂
Store Policy
Refunds
Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to refund or exchange any of our products at this time. We stand by the quality of our products and know you will absolutely love them! In the event that there is an issue with an item you received, please contact us immediately. You can do so by messaging us your comment or concern using our contact tab or emailing us directly at custcare@svrvi.com.
Sale items
Sale items are only available at sale prices during the time they are listed as so. We cannot adjust the price on previous or purchases made after the sale.
Lost packages
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once a tracking number has been issued, the responsibility falls on the carrier. Please refer to the carrier’s customer service for more information.
